High School to Home Owner Workshop for Educators

The Maryland Realtors Association, in partnership with the Maryland Council on Economic Education, is pleased to offer an in-person professional development workshop for Maryland secondary educators focused on the path to home ownership.

The morning workshop sessions will focus on how to build wealth through home ownership as well as details about goal setting, the home purchase process, understanding mortgages, the role of credit, first time homeowner programs and more. Attendees will receive classroom resources tied to Maryland educational standards.

Directly following the workshop, participants will be treated to lunch and additional networking in a private suite at Oriole Park while watching the 12:35pm game against the Toronto Blue Jays.

There is no fee for the workshop and lunch, game ticket, and parking will be provided to attendees as well as a certificate of completion.
