Celebrating 70 Years |
"If Americans are to grapple successfully with problems ranging from the family budget to the national budget, the teaching of economics in schools must be strengthened. But our schools have been handicapped because too many of their teachers have had too little opportunity to develop their own understanding of economics.
Clearly, an economic workshop for teachers and schools administrators is the first step toward solving the problem of general economic education."
