Lesson Annotation: Students will “shop” using a variety of catalogs supplied by the teacher or brought from their homes. They will complete an order form and compute the total cost of their order, including the items they purchased and other applicable charges. In the process, they discover there are charges applicable to catalog ordering that do not apply to in-store purchases.
